Heartfelt Foundation Receives Service Award.
Heartfelt Foundation Receives Service Award
The Heartfelt Foundation received a beautiful honor and plaque from the Los Angeles County Housing Authority and Los Angeles County Community Development Foundation for our work and service projects with Ujima Village in South Central Los Angeles. The Donor Recognition Breakfast and Awards program was on May 20th.
There was a larger group of organizations who received certificates honoring their service, this included Heartfelt. And, there was a smaller group of five organizations, also including Heartfelt, who received special recognition and the lovely plaque for exceptional service. This smaller group was mentioned several times in the speeches given prior to the awards.
The plaque reads:
COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD
In Appreciation of Your Generosity and Support for Children and Families Who Live in the County of Los Angeles Public Housing Communities, THE HEARTFELT FOUNDATION is presented with this award at the 8th Annual Donor Recognition Breakfast - May 20, 2004
